Service Description

Join us for a special Sunday yoga class - Heart Opening Yoga Flow with Vishali. There will be Anhata Heart Chakra Meditation. Bring your yoga mat and bolster if you have them. We do have blocks, blankets and a few mats available for use if needed. Registration is recommended as space is limited. If you decide to drop-in, please call ahead.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments - To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your massage and/or energy healing appointments. Refunds will not be issued, but we will work with you regarding rescheduling your appointment(s). Classes - Refunds will not be issued, but we will work with you regarding rescheduling your class(es) if you call us within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. If you notified us within 24 hours and are unable to reschedule for the next class, let us know so, we can issue you in-store credit. Events - Refunds will not be issued unless the event is cancelled by 3 Spirals Studio.
