Join us for an all level classical yoga with mediation. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Registration is highly recommended. Drop-ins are welcome if space permits. Recommend calling ahead.

Appointments - To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your massage and/or energy healing appointments. Refunds will not be issued, but we will work with you regarding rescheduling your appointment(s). Classes - Refunds will not be issued, but we will work with you regarding rescheduling your class(es) if you call us within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. If you notified us within 24 hours and are unable to reschedule for the next class, let us know so, we can issue you in-store credit. Events - Refunds will not be issued unless the event is cancelled by 3 Spirals Studio.
