Guided Meditation & Circle
A guided group meditation with light music.
Service Description
Sit quietly in our zero gravity chairs, meditation pillow or yoga mat. Enjoy a moment of peaceful guided meditation along with light music and/or sounds from ocean drum or rain stick. Be open to the opportunity to meet your higher self, your spirit guides. Be open to receiving messages and to other experiences. Guidance into a deep meditation will be approximately 10 minutes, meditation to last approximately 30 minutes. Remaining time will be for recording your experience in your journal and if you wish, you can share your experience with the group. We can learn from each other's experiences. ***Bring a journal to record your experience and if you prefer darkness, bring an eye mask or towel to cover your eyes.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments - To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your massage and/or energy healing appointments. Refunds will not be issued, but we will work with you regarding rescheduling your appointment(s). Classes - Refunds will not be issued, but we will work with you regarding rescheduling your class(es) if you call us within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. If you notified us within 24 hours and are unable to reschedule for the next class, let us know so, we can issue you in-store credit. Events - Refunds will not be issued unless the event is cancelled by 3 Spirals Studio.
